Sree Chakra is a thantric cultural symbol at the same time it was formed after combining the Yogic and Vedic principles. The main idol has been worshipped in the Mookambika temple in South India. According to the Hindu Mythology it is believed that presence of Chakra in a home will bring result of doing 100 yajnas.. I am leaving its mythological and part and lets move towards the symbologic importance..
There are 9 chakras in the system starting from the Bhoopura to Bindu(The central point). They are believed as the four Chakras of Shiva and Shakthi and each and everything has its own meaning.
Total 43 triangles 24 dalas and 3 cirlces in the formation.
The three circles are called...
1. Thrylokya mohana chakram (The outside one)
2. Sarvashaparipooraka chakram (Middle 16 dalas)
3. Sarvasamkshobana chakram (Innermost 8 dalas)
The triangle are called as
1. Sarvasoubhagya dhayaka chakram (14 outermost triangles)
2. Sarvardha sadaka chakram (10 tringles within it)
3. Sarvarakshakaraka chakram (10 triangles after that)
4. Sarva rogahara chakram (8 triangles after that)
5. Sarvasidhi pradha chakram
6. Saravananda maya chakram (Innermost)
Sreechakra and the Pagan symbols
The concepts in the formation of Sreechakra has some mystic relationship with the pagan symbols described in Davinci code. And some time it is too straight forward to describe the origin of those symbols as evolved from India. The symbol of the hexagon star has been used as a mystic fusion of 'blade & chalice' in the movie. and both these symbols were the direct representation of male and female.. In Indian context Shiva and Shakthi.
After a mathematical analysis of Sree chakra you will get so many inclined triangles as frangments one entering into the space of the next one. The process starts from the innermost triangle where the sharp edges of both triangles enters into the otherone.
In the next stage it moves little more inwards and exist as a common centre for both the chakras and majority of the area within the triangle becomes common for both the triangle.
1. In thist stage the two parallel base of both triangles are set apart. In this stage the congruent sides of a triangle forms a line.
2. The fusion begins in this stage. The two sharp edges start move towards the base of the other one. As a result the parallel sides come close.
3. The sharp edges touch at the base of the other one in this stage.
4. The star forms in this stage and the centre of both triangles exist in a common point
